STARTERS

BRUSCHETTA

INGREDIENTS

- Baguette Bread, Sliced

- Tomato Puree

- 1/2 White Onion, Chopped Fine

- 4 Cherry Tomato, Chopped Fine

- 2 Garlic Cloves, Chopped Fine

- 50ml Lemon Juice

UTENSILS

- Mixing Bowl

- Oven at 200Celsius/Gas Mark 7

- Baking Tray

- Tablespoon

- Oven Mit FOR SAFETY

METHOD

- In the mixing bowl, add Onion, Tomato, Garlic and Lemon Juice

- Wrap the bowl with Cling Film and place in fridge for 30mins+ to allow Onion to soak up Lemon Juice

- Whilst that is happening, Place the Bread on the baking tray and slightly bake till bread goes flaky

- Once Onion mixture has finished and bread is baked, with your tablespoon spread a pea sized amount of Tomato Puree on the bread and a spoonful of the mixture onto the bread 

- Once all bread slices are assembled, place back into the oven for 5-10mins
